 Take a break from what you are doing and see how IBM is changing its business culture.   Everything that they are doing is within the grasp of small business.  If you haven’t already, start switching to  Management by Objective.  With VOIP and Cloud computing, your people can work anywhere.  With on-line collaboration, they can meet anywhere at any time.  So why make them come to the same place everyday?  Why pay rent, utilities and CAM to watch your people work?  How much office do you really need?
