Since 2002 his primary focus has been on the real estate industry, creating initially one of the leading real estate sales teams in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.
In 2006 he launched GSS Title, as one of the first if not “the” first paperless Title Company. With the downturn in the real estate industry beginning in 2006 the focus quickly turned to distress and short sales.

In 2009 Thomas founded Realty Partners.
